After a buffet breakfast at the hotel, embark on the ultimate Rajasthan tour with a sightseeing excursion through Delhi. Begin your journey in Old Delhi, where you’ll visit Raj Ghat, the memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, where his mortal remains were cremated after dedicating his life to truth, non-violence, and India’s independence. Next, explore Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, where over 25,000 people gather for prayers every Friday. From there, head to the magnificent Red Fort, an architectural marvel made of red sandstone, built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan.
Later, experience the vibrant streets of Chandni Chowk with a rickshaw ride through its narrow lanes and bustling bazaars. After touring Old Delhi, continue to New Delhi, where you’ll visit Humayun’s Tomb, built by Bega Begam in memory of her husband, Humayun. This UNESCO World Heritage site is an example of Mughal architecture. Proceed to Qutub Minar, which began construction in 1192 and served as a watchtower. Enjoy a scenic drive along the historic avenues of Rajpath, passing landmarks such as the India Gate, Parliament House, and the President’s Residence.

The construction of this white marble masterpiece took over 22 years and involved the work of around 20,000 workers.
Next, visit Agra Fort, also known as the Red Fort, which was constructed by Shah Jahan. It is here that he spent the final eight years of his life as a prisoner, gazing at the Taj Mahal from his cell. The fort houses numerous palaces and gardens, offering a glimpse into the grandeur of Mughal architecture. Then, head to the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah, built by Empress Noor Jahan in memory of her father, a significant landmark often referred to as the « Baby Taj. »
